ATTENDANCE MATTERS HOW TO REPORT AN ABSENCE

Spotswood College aims to take all possible steps to support the habit of regular attendance, including acting early when attendance issues arise. This is done by increasing understanding of the importance of attendance and providing focused messages for parents and whānau. To help us do this we have different methods to help report your child's attendance. Please see below for how to submit an absence to our kura.

Option 2: Send a text to the office on 02102466182

Option 3: Call 06 751 2416 and press (1) to report a student's absence. Record your child’s name, parent's name, contact details and reason for absence.

Option 4: Send an email to [email protected] 

Students who will be absent for an extended duration please email [email protected] so we can ensure attendance records and learning support remain up to date , for any questions please contact the school for guidance.
