Please find below the Online Enrolment form. You must have a copy of any relevant identification documents ready to upload. Please ensure you have entered all the information required before submitting. Any questions please call 06 751 2416.

If you are unable to fill out the online form, please find attached a hard copy of the form. Alternatively you can pick up a printed copy from the school office.

The following enrolment interviews will be done at your childs school. To book a session you will need to use the school code below. If you have any issues with this please call the school office on 06 751 2416 and we can do the booking for you. For schools not listed below, please call the office to organise the interview directly.

If your child has learning support needs then please book with the schools SENCO. Most schools will have the SENCO available on the day. If you do not and would like to talk directly to her please email jos@spotswoodcollege.school.nz
